Processes
Every hand-off between suppliers adds days and risk. Here the part is cut, bent and welded without leaving the workshop.

Custom bending of sheet and tube, with flat-pattern verification before cutting.
MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless and aluminium for frames, guards and light structures.
48-hour service
When a guard, bracket or frame is missing, the problem is not the price: it is time. That is why we work with a short cycle and a single point of contact.
The 48 hours are working hours and start when complete, confirmed material and drawings are received. Non-standard batches, thicknesses and finishes are quoted with a dedicated date.

Purpose and legal basis. To answer your request, prepare the quote and manage any business relationship (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention. Request emails are kept for as long as needed for the negotiation and legal obligations. Copies of files uploaded to the server are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Recipients. Authorised RC Carpenteria staff and, for coordinated work, companies of the Meccanica Italia group. Hosting and email provider: Aruba S.p.A., acting as data processor. Data are not transferred outside the EU.
Your rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing, by writing to giuseppe@rc-carpenteria.it. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Providing data. Name, company and email are required to reply: without them the request cannot be handled.
